We are seeking an experienced Technical Architect (Level III or higher) to take on the role of Discipline Coordination Reviewer. This position requires an individual with an in-depth understanding of the integration of building systems within a set of construction documents, including structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, civil, and landscape. The ideal candidate will be highly adaptable, open to comprehensive training, and adept at applying new skills within our proprietary review processes.

• Conduct detailed reviews of architectural drawings across all project phases.

• Coordinate scopes from various consultants and identify inter-disciplinary conflicts and documentation gaps.
  ‍
• Ensure adherence to both industry & CHECKSET standards while contributing to the development of best practices database.

• Architectural registration preferred; professional degree in architecture, construction management, or engineering required.

• At least 10 years of experience in architecture or construction, with a significant focus on technical documentation and construction administration.

• Proficiency in Bluebeam Revu
  ‍
• Exceptional communication and management skills; must be capable of working collaboratively and effectively in a remote setting.

• Receptivity to Training: Must be eager to learn and integrate CHECKSET’s unique methodologies.  Our proprietary process requires adaptation and ongoing training.
