The National Council of Building Review, Inc., (“Company"), respects the User’s (“User”) privacy. This privacy policy ("Privacy Policy") is to explain how the Company may use and protect the personal information gathered from and about Users by means of Company websites, mobile applications, and other third-party sources. By using Company’s website or mobile applications, User consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of User information, as described in this Privacy Policy.

Company may use such information for marketing. User must have obtained the consent of any person before making such submissions. User consents that by using any referral functionality on the website, the User name and email address can be included in the communication sent to the person being referred.

Company and our partners use cookies, etags, HTML5 storage and similar technologies on the website and in promotional emails which Company may send to User. Company use these technologies to monitor and understand User use of our websites and services; improve User user experience.
