Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Technical Architect (Level III or higher) to take on the role of Discipline Coordination Reviewer. This position requires an individual with an in-depth understanding of the integration of building systems within a set of construction documents, including structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, civil, and landscape. The ideal candidate will be highly adaptable, open to comprehensive training, and adept at applying new skills within our proprietary review processes.

Responsibilities

  • Client Management:  Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and retention by managing proposals, invoicing, and project updates.
  • Business Growth:  Conduct nationwide market research to identify new development projects, analyze key metrics, and tailor outreach strategies to engage decision-makers.
  • Virtual Presentations:   Participate in prospective client presentations with the goal of independently scheduling and presenting to prospective clients within first 6 months.
  • Reporting:  Track and report on business development activities, including sales targets and KPIs, to ensure consistent progress toward goals.
  • Capacity Balancing:  Collaborate with operations teams to monitor team capacity and balance proposal schedules based on team workloads.

Required Qualifications

  • Must thrive with speaking and connecting with people. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Must be comfortable with cold calls to prospective clients.

  • Reliably perform administrative tasks including client proposal development and creation and issuance of client invoices.

  • Ability to close deals, and form strategic partnerships, and the ability to confidently say “no” when necessarily.
  • Adaptability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

  • In-depth knowledge of market trends and the ability to identify prospective projects and growth opportunities.

  • Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving tangible outcomes.

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year university

  • Demonstrated proactive approach and self-motivation in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.

  • Must be qualified to work in the US

Compensation

$80,000 per annum
