Drawing Set Mark-Ups

The drawing set mark-ups are the primary deliverable for all of our reviews. All review comments are made directly within the drawing set PDF as interactive call-outs. Our comments all include additional property fields such as "Comment Categories", "Discipline Tags", and "Priority Levels". These advanced features enable your team to quickly sort and filter the feedback to efficiently identify and address issues depending on the project’s critical path.

Review Analytics

Our custom review analytics leverage metadata extracted from your review findings to deliver visually intuitive graphs that highlight key trends in your project’s documentation. Each interactive graph is designed to answer a specific question, helping your team efficiently prioritize efforts to resolve outstanding issues.

Ton Ten Critical Findings

The Top 10 Critical Findings offer a streamlined list of the most pressing issues identified during the review. These high-impact items, if left unaddressed, pose the greatest risk to the project’s budget or timeline. Your team can quickly grasp the key risks without opening the drawing mark-ups, enabling focused action where it’s needed most.

Review Comments

The comments section of your review report is a fully interactive spreadsheet of all your review findings. These comments are extracted directly from the drawing set mark-ups and include all corresponding metadata. Using the custom filtering, your team can quickly sort the review findings based on "Comment Categories", "Discipline Tags", and "Priority-Levels". Keyword search is also available.

Inspection Checklist

The CS-07 Inspection Checklist outlines industry standards and documentation conventions universally applicable to all projects. Our verification process uses three response categories: "Confirmed," "Missing," and "Not Applicable." This checklist serves as a foundational baseline for conducting our comprehensive reviews.

Each project review follows a clearly defined, five-stage process, ensuring a high-quality outcome every time. Review schedules are established upfront as part of every review proposal.

01 - Proposal Development

Based on the latest drawing set available, our team will issue our recommended proposal which includes a clear breakdown of our review hours, the total fee, and the review schedule.

02 - Pending Mobilization

One the recommended proposal is issued, your team can elect to proceed or you and adjust the review scope to best match your project’s budgetary or schedule needs.

03 - Review In Progress

Once mobilized, your lead reviewer selects the review team based on relevant project experience. Reviews are performed in parallel to compress timelines while allowing for internal QA/QC.

04 - Final Invoice

Once the review report is posted, the final invoice for the remaining 50% of the fee will be available in the Invoices tab and sent to you via email.

05 - Complete

Once the final payment is received, the review status will automatically update to Complete. The report will remain accessible in the web app.
